New Bucks Home Choice website – Logging on for the first time

The new Bucks Home Choice website requires you to log in with your email address and create a password that is unique to you.  

I am not registered how do I do this?

If you are not already registered with us please click  Register to fill out a new Bucks Home Choice application form. You will also find lots of information on the website about your housing options and advice and assistance that you may find useful.

I am already registered, what do I do?

If you are already registered with Bucks Home Choice and you usually use your Bucks Home Choice reference number and date of birth to log in,  you will need to create a new account. You will need to provide your email address and create a password to access your account to bid on properties from now on. We have provided a guide below for existing members.

  1. On the home Screen click sign in to access your account
  2. From the drop down list select the partner managing your account
  3. Enter the email address that we send your Bucks Home choice correspondence to, this should be the one you entered when you applied to join Bicks Home Choice. If you do not know your email address please call your local area for assistance.
  4. click the forgotten password link below the Log in box
  5. A re-set your password message will pop, to set up your password, choose the partner managing your account and re-enter your email address.  Then click send email
  6. Access the email account you have just entered  and find the email from Bucks Home Choice, allow at least 30 minutes for this email to arrive. if this is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder before calling us Follow the instructions in the email, by clicking the link in blue writing.

  7. Once you have clicked on the link in the email,  you will be directed back the Bucks Home Choice website where you will be prompted to enter a password

Now you can enter your new chosen password:

  • choose password that is easy to remember but hard to guess
  • Tips on how to create a strong password can be found on this link from Google
  • Enter your chosen password
  • Retype your password for confirmation
  • Click Reset Password to continue

  1. You now see a pop up stating that your password has been reset and you can now log in. Click ok to return to the sign In screen.

  2. You have completed your new account set up on the new website.  Now that you are registered you can choose the Log in to your account by completing the Login to your account screen.
